The Social Security Administration encourages that you have your lawyer send a fax inquiring about your claim if you have not received a Notice of Award within 45 days of the date of the satisfactory verdict on your disability hearing. If there is no answer, 45 days from the initial fax, send another fax to the same fax number made out to the attention of the module manager. Remember to enclose a copy of the initial fax.

If there is still no reply 45 days after the additional fax, send a third fax to the same number that is brought to the attention of the Division Program Manager. Include copies of previous faxes. If there is still no answer, 45 days later send a final fax to the Center for Program Support and be sure to include copies of all other faxes that were being sent.
