A relative of the house owner had found Qianying sleeping in one of the bedrooms, and immediately phoned the authorities concerning to the trespass. It is also noted that Zhao tried to exit before the police arrive as she believed that she had done nothing wrong. She was apprehended at the end of the properties driveway. Zhao has told many officers that after she arrived to the house to attend Justin’s party, and that she entered the empty house through a door that was unlocked. Her claims have been met with suspicion, and are yet to be determined. Part of her statement has been proven false as Bieber’s party was held at not only different day, but also at a different location other than that house. Justin himself has failed to comment on the situation at this time due to various unknown reasons. The current charges that Zhao aces are criminal trespass. It is unknown whether or not Justin Bieber was at the house at the time of the trespass. It also currently undetermined as to whether or not her claim that the door was open was true or not. When Zhao was found at the Atlanta property, she had to be awoken prior to being detained. Prior to being detained and transported to the station, Zhao apologized on camera and said: “I am not the kind for trouble. I really didn’t mean for this to happen.” It is to be determined if she indeed just stroll into the house through an open door as that can have a direct effect on the severity of the sentencing.
