The lawsuit was filed on June 13, 2011, in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. She claims that workers fostered, encouraged, approved, and took part in a workplace culture and practice of cronyism, alcohol consumption, inside influence, fraud waste and abuse and other similar activities. The lawsuit also claims that Mrs. Martin was retaliated against and discriminated against by Defendant’s for taking part in protected behavior.
